We’re on our third day of the Both Sides of the Jordan tour. America Israel Tours has taken very good care of us. I especially appreciated the representative who met us at the airport and made the trek through customs so easy for us! There was a rep waiting for us at the hotel, too, in case any problems arose. Yesterday was jam-packed with activities. We weren’t rushed at all, but I really would have appreciated some quiet time to enjoy the sites more. However, with many tour buses right behind us, I guess that wasn’t possible. Today has already been remarkable, with a memorable boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, with praise music and testimonials – and some of that quiet time I craved. Our guide Barak has an amazing knowledge of the Bible and this land, his land, and has made everything come alive for us. His passion for the tour and his kindness to all of us has made everything very enjoyable.
